Chiropractic
Through chiropractic treatment, patients can often quickly see improvement in pain, numbness, tingling, movement, and overall health. Dr. Matthew Nardone will adjust the spine with easy, manual thrusts to move the spinal vertebrae back to their normal positions. He will sometimes also adjust the joints of the neck, arms, and legs. Spinal adjustments may relieve a spectrum of ailments such as headaches, certain types of migraines, menstrual cramps, allergies, asthma, stomach disorders, spastic colon, and arm, hand, and leg pain that’s due to dysfunction of the neck or lower back.

What Training Do Chiropractors Have?
Chiropractors are licensed in all 50 states and the District of Columbia. A rigorous course of study is necessary to receive a degree of Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.). All state licensing boards require two to four years of undergraduate education, and completion of a four-year chiropractic college degree.
Chiropractic Care during Pregnancy
Many pregnant women experience back pain, sciatic nerve pain and hip discomfort during pregnancy. This is due to the rapid growth of the baby and changes to the normal spinal curves in the mother.
Dr. Nardone evaluates the changes to your body during pregnancy and offers chiropractic care throughout. Adjustments will relieve and often prevent these common discomforts. Specific spinal corrective adjustments and soft tissue release will reduce the stress to your spine and pelvis.
